Sunol Regional Forest

Yesterday was such a beautiful day. It was so warm. We went for a hike at the Sunol Regional Forest. The Alameda Creek, the largest stream in the county, winds through the southern part of this park. The park is 5,024 acres. We hiked a trail that was moderate for children. The trail takes you to "Little Yosemite," a gorge on the Alameda Creek with huge boulders and a small waterfall. It was all so beautiful. Hayden had a great time. He really enjoyed throwing rocks into the creek.

Listening to the music playing in the background and watching Trever and Hayden throw rocks...hearing you...just call me emotional today but, it got me all teary eyed. Some days are better than others but, today I miss you the most.
